Corporate Secretary function in the Company was established based on Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation No.35/POJK.04/2015 concerning Corporate Secretary of Issuers or Public Companies that supersedes Bapepam & LK (Capital Market Supervisory Agency) Regulation No. IX.I.4 concerning the Establishment of Corporate Secretary.
The Company appointed Nindya Kumala Dewi as Interim Corporate Secretary based on the Decree of the Board of Directors No. 612/HC-WNO/VIII/2024.TRIM dated August 15, 2024. This decree is valid from 16 August 2024 until further notice from the Company.
