He earned his BSc in Accounting from the University of Maryland at College Park, U.S.A. in 1980 and MBA in Finance (full scholarship) from George Washington University U.S.A. in 1982. Professional Certified as Chartered Financial Consultant and Certified Life Underwriter. Chartered Financial Planner from Denver Colorado U.S.A .Doctoral Candidate in Strategic Management at the University of Indonesia.

    Starting his career in RHMI Inc. Huffco Indonesia (1983 - 1988), Citibank, NA (1989 - 1997), Deputy Director, Corporate Finance PT Bimantara Citra Tbk (1997 - 1998), Vice President of ABN Amro Bank (1998 - 1999), PT Bank Mandiri Tbk with the latest position as Managing Director / Senior Executive President (1999 - 2008), PT Rio Tinto Indonesia as CEO / President Director (2008) and Vice President Director of PT Pertamina (Persero) (February 2009 - February 2010). He serves as President Director / CEO of the Company since June 2010.

    An Indonesian citizen, Karman Pamurahardjo was born in Jakarta in 1966. He received Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical-Electronics) from Auckland University, New Zealand in 1990, and Master of Business Administration (Finance) from University of Technology, Sydney, Australia in 1995. Started his career in financial sector as research analyst at PT Harita Kencana Securities where he left as Director of Corporate Finance (1996 - 2004) before moving to become Director - Corporate Finance at PT Deloitte Konsultan Indonesia (2004 - 2008). He was appointed as Director of the Company in June 2008. Karman Pamurahardjo is a CFA Charter-holder since 2001 and serves as Chairman of Department of Derivatives Online Trading at Association of Indonesian Securities Companies (2009 - present).

    Indonesian citizen, born in 1973. He earned a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from the Faculty of Economics University of Indonesia in 1999.

    Starting his career as a teaching assistant in Statistics in the Faculty of Economics University of Indonesia (1995 - 1997), Financial Analyst of IBM Indonesia (1997 - 1999), Marketing & Product Development Manager of Fortis Investment (1999 - 2001), Boston Consulting Group as Head of Research (2001 - 2003), SKHA Consulting as a Banking Consultant (2003), and VP Finance & Strategy, Consumer Finance of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (2003 - June 2010). Serves as Director of the Company since June 2010.

    An Indonesian citizen, Adrian Rusmana was born in Jakarta in 1969. He received Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Finance) from University of Kentucky, Lexington, Kentucky, U.S.A. in 1992, and Master of Business Administration (Finance) from Cleveland State University, Cleveland, Ohio, U.S.A. in 1994.

    Starting his career as research analyst at PT Waterfront Securities Indonesia (1994 - 1995), Head of Research Department PT Indovest Securities (1995 - 1997), Head of Research Division PT BNI Securities (1997 - 2006), Internship Fund Manager ING Investment Management Den Haag Netherlands (1997), Associate Director, Head of Research Division PT Kresna Graha Sekurindo (2006 - 2007), Investment Market Analyst - Consultant for the Government in Bappenas and the Toll Road Regulatory Agency /Department of Public Works BPJT (2008), Director of PT HD Capital Tbk. (2008 - 2009) and Equity and Research Director PT Sucorinvest Central Gani (2009 - 2011). He serves as Director of the Company since October 2011.
