    Christopher Teague

    President Commissioner

    Christopher Teague is an Australian citizen. He received Bachelor of Arts from University of Cambridge, and Master of Laws from The University of Sydney. He began his career in Citicorp in the United Kingdom before being transferred to Brazil where he spent 5 years in corporate banking.

    Subsequently he held positions as a Senior Transactor and Managing Director in Citicorp’s International Corporate Finance Division in New York (1987-1997), before leaving to become a Managing Director in Chase Manhattan Bank/JP Morgan (1997- 2002). He was appointed as Executive Director of Allco Equity Partners (2003 - 2006) before serving as Director of Spinnaker Capital (Asia) Pte Ltd (2006 - present). He has served as President Commissioner of the Company since April 2010.

    Avi Dwipayana

    Commissioner

    Indonesian citizen. Avi Dwipayana was born in Jakarta in 1964. He graduated from Faculty of Economics University of Trisakti, Jakarta, Majoring in Management in 1989, Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Adelphi University, Long Island, New York in 1992 and received Doctoral Specialization in Strategic Management from University of Indonesia in 2009 .

    Mr. Dwipayana has served on a number of organizations, including the Trading Committee of the Jakarta Stock Exchange (1996- 2001), Commissioner of the Surabaya Stock Exchange (1998-2001), Member of Trading Committee of Indonesian Central Securities Depository (1998-2002), Commissioner of the Jakarta Stock Exchange (2001-2004), Chairman of the Indonesian Association of Securities Company (1998-2005), Advisor to the Indonesian Association of Securities Company (2005-present), Chairman of Committee of Capital Market and Financial Institution - Indonesian Chamber of Commerce (2005-2009), Chairman of Committee on Monetary Policy - Indonesian Chamber of Commerce (2009-2010), Chairman of Committee of Capital Market - Indonesian Chamber of Commerce (2010-present), Member of Advisor Board of Indonesian Risk Professional Association (IRPA) (2006-present). Served as the Company's President Director (1990 - June 2010), and Commissioner since June 2010.

    Sofyan A. Djalil

    Independent Commissioner

    Indonesian citizen, born in Perlak in 1953. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Law from the University of Indonesia in 1984, Master of Arts from The Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, Tufts University, Massachusetts, U.S.A. in 1989, Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy in 1991 and PhD in 1993 from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University , Massachusetts, U.S.A.

    Appointed as Senior Advisor to the State Minister for State Owned Enterprise Empowerment (June 1998 - February 2000), Commissioner of PT (Persero) Pelabuhan Indonesia III (1998 - May 2001), Commissioner of PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) (1999 - May 2002), President Commissioner of PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda (1999 - 2004), Independent Commissioner of PT Kimia Farma Tbk (May 2003-2004), Minister of Information and Communication Technology (October 2004 - May 2007), and State Minister for State Owned Enterprises (May 2007 - October 2009). Appointed as Independent Commissioner of the Company since June 2010.
